Question

Hello to the whole group

Actually I have two MCO MH7H-WH thermostats (Upstairs/Downstairs)

The one downstairs works fine (with and without the heating panel) overtaking though the issue that after a few hours the mode (in the app “only” and not in the actual thermostat) is changing to “Energy save heating”

The one upstairs can not work through the heating panel

It doesn’t follow the Schedule neither reacts to any Manual Mode for a specific amount of time.

I have done several Exclusions/Inclusions and re-configurations ....... but nothing.

Just yesterday though I noticed that the one Upstairs runs the MCO version 2.0 versus the one downstairs runs the version 2.7 which has one more parameter in the advance settings “Use template for parameters” (missing totally from the one with the version 2.0)

I don’t know if the problem is this or not ...... but I’m just reporting it

When I run the update check ..... they both shown to be Up to Date !!!!!!

Please check the photos attached and assist if you can

Many thanks in advance
