I can't update 4.056

Hi! I just got HC2. I have version 4,056 when I tried to connect the sensors, then I had an error occurred that the sensors do not have templates. I thought it was due to the fact that I have an old firmware version. But when I change to 4.180, then he writes error № 5 and everything freezes, so I had to reset everything to factory settings. 

I read that it helps to update incognito in chrome, it did not help me. Nobody faced such a problem? I wrote to support, but they don't answer me

Version 4.056 or 4.180 is pure stone age!


Please, update to the latest version (4,600) before continuing.
If you do not update now, you risk having an defective HC2 if the Recovery stick crashes.


As of version 4.5XX, the Recovery stick is no longer used, due to all the problems with it.
So update and then put the Recovery stick in your desktop drawer.

    Distributor said it come from the factory. The problem is that it's not updated. I read somewhere that you need to update at the beginning to 180 and then install newer versions. I have run out of ideas how to solve this

    If it's in waranty, register the device DOA to the distibutor.

    @RH_Dreambox is right better update till the last stable version.

    Perform a new Recovery (factory reset) on your HC2 and update to 4.180.

    Then you wait 1 to 2 hours and information about a new update should appear. This may need to be repeated in several steps until you have version 4.600.


    And do not install any devices until you have updated your HC2 to the latest version.
    If this does not work, ask your distributor to update it for you, or offer you a new HC2.

    Apparently the problem is on FIBARO's side. I am currently trying to update three different HC2 controllers and as a result I get an update failure.
