LUA scene string

Please can you someone help me with lua scene. 

I have string  = "cool=0/0/0/0/0/10/59/206/46/37/36/23"

 

I would like to take number between "/" and assigned it for a month of the year. ( there are 12 number whitch show value device for month of the year)

 

Which command, function I should use for it?

Is cool= part of the string? If not this would work

i working from lua power consuption from device in FIBARO SYSTEM.

if i call device http://IPdevice/xxx/get_year_power_ex  I get this tring:

Number  are consumption data for the month.

Aneed it take and after sum it.
