keep getting : " no permission to access"

Dears , 

 

being new user of fibaro , setup the HC ( no zwave module ) just the HC2 , configured several rooms , location , all in local is working fine from PC 

 

now from the mobile ... aaargl 

 

I log in using user ( no power user ) 

I receive a : no permission to access contact your home administrator to request access 

 

on the pc app i can only have 

1 power user 

 

 

can anyone help

You may not have set any rights for that user? "Access Control / user"

thx for your help 

the only rights i can give are the weather modules as currently no EWave or any other linked component i want to try and asses the hc before buying other stuff as the needs are large and it s costly on this scale 

you think that would be the reason ?

@RH_Dreambox is right, but you have to logon as admin for setting user rights

hi , thx a lot to both for your feed back , i will buy one or two zwave component , as currently even in logging in as admin i can t give any right as there are no compononent
