I've bought 2 Fibaro Wall Plugs (FGWP102) and they are both plugged in next to each other. I want to know when the power consumption changes significantly. 1 of the 2 is doing exacly that: sending a report when the power consumption increases or decreases. The other one does nothing and only responds to polls from the server. This is not fine-grained enough for my use-case. I've compared both z-wave settings and they are exactly the same. Anyone knows what to change to have the second one send increase reports?
relevant parameters:
11: standard power report: 15
12: power reporting interval: 30
13: energy reporting treshold: 10
14: periodic reports: 3600
