"Requesting neighbours, please wait..." message in loop when adding a new device

I have recently had an issue on my HC2 when adding devices.   I get a continuous loop message "[10:40:59] Requesting neighbours, please wait..."" and it doesn't seem to move on and add the device properly.  I have tried all the usual things including starting again, rebooting the HC2, etc. Not sure what is causing this and if there is anyone out there that has had a similar issue and solved it.  Thanks in advance for your help.

In my opinion it happens

-if you have > 100 devices

-Fibaro changed something

 

With early FW no problem at all

Same situation in my house. And I don't have > 100 devices. And if I try to delete doesn't function the same...

Naturally I did all restart etc.

same here, but only with RGBW Controller 2 ... Requesting neighbours  loop. (tied RGBW 1 and smart implant are working)

Since long time since I tried to add some new device, I have already a RGBW 2 running, but I guess it was added on an earlier FW (now I use 4.600)

I have around 60 devices running.

 

Restart, exclude, reinclude always failed ... tied about 20 times, I guess ... really annoying situation

 

any answer from support @sllcsllc I wanted to contact them as well

I'm still having the issue, for the last few months whenever I need to add devices, it's always a hit and miss, if it succeeds.

Reboot controller once, sometimes twice will solve it.

Hope this problem will get some attention from FIbaro soon,
