So, Fibaro, you gave up on your HC2 users?

Question

Guest sebco

As the title says, there was no major update for HC2 since... like forever.

Everything is cool now? All stable, everything perfectly integrated, no glitches, bugs, right?

Is this the way you're pushing your loyal costumers to upgrade to HC3? I don't want to. And I strongly believe there are others like me, who appreciate what they currently have/use.

Please let us know if we, or I, should move on and file the divorce papers.

Sincerely,

Disappointed Sebastian

  • Nothing more than regularly updating HC2 with the most popular/latest hardware

I will not go to HC3 myself, as I suspect it will be the same experience as with the HC2, years in beta, and not supporting many devices from competitors. I'm looking into Homey myself, they are very responsive.

I doubt if Fibaro will react on this forum. If you really want a reaction, I think you should use the support route.

I think that is more for the Homey forum. On all product there will be bad experiences or wishes.

if I was Fibaro, which I am not, I would ask you what your expectations of the HC2 are. What are your wishes.
