Swap output logic

Question

Posted

Hello

Well, I have problem: I change parameters 155 and 156 responsible for the logic of output 1 and 2, and yet I always have the default state at the outputs: "normally open / closed active state" - nothing has changed... Did any of you have such a problem? I have not noticed any other settings related to these parameters that would block these settings.

Just one question. Did you have disconnected inputs and outputs during your experiments? ..

Hello.
I already told you in the first post ...
From my experiments with Smart Implant, I came to the conclusion that it behaves "strangely", but it is possible to work with it.

I enclose a picture that will guide you through the necessary steps.

1) turn off protection (input-output link)
2) change the input definition
3) undo protection (input-output binding)
4) change the definition of logical operation (154)

This setting will provide you with a variant:
IN1 = OFF (log 0) => BI1 (move sensor - stick figure = OFF [stay]) => OUT1 = ON (log 1)
IN1 = ON (lof 1) => BI1 (move sensor = ON [goes]) => OUT1 = OFF (log 0)

Another variant for control - reverse
Set the input configuration (step 2.) to "Binary input NC".
Change parameter 154 (154 = Set: 1).
This setting will provide you with a variant:
IN1 = OFF (log 0) => BI1 (move sensor = ON [goes]) => OUT1 = ON (log 1)
IN1 = ON (lof 1) => BI1 (move sensor - stick figure = OFF [stay]) => OUT1 = OFF (log 0)

The last variant for control - reverse for the BI state.
Set the input configuration (step 2.) to "Binary input NC".
Do not change parameter 154 (154 = Set: 0).
This setting will provide you with a variant:
IN1 = OFF (log 0) => BI1 (move sensor = ON [goes]) => OUT1 = OFF (log 0)
IN1 = ON (lof 1) => BI1 (move sensor - stick figure = OFF [stay]) => OUT1 = ON (log 1)

Important thing.
After setting, you need to change the state of the input several times ... then it will work as expected.

@A.Socha and @m.roszak:

Changing Output logic with the parameters 154, 155 of the Smart Implant fails for a long time using HC3.

When will this be repaired?

@RoverSorry but I don't understand what your problem is. Do you not know how to set the parameters on HC3?

The problem is that changing the parameters 154 or 155 of the smart implant has no effect! It behaves in NO as well as NC setting always as NO.

@Rover

Have you read this fiber carefully and especially my post ???

The fact that SI behaves "strangely" is possible, but I wrote a procedure to get the result. Give it a try and report it.
