HC3 - lux not updating

I recently migrated from HC2 to HC3 and have in my setup several Motion Sensor across the house. What I noticed is that many of them started to face a symptom of Lux dropping to 1 and not getting subsequently updated. All of them used to work perfectly fine on HC2 and these problems started to happen only in HC3. I tried readding the devices again and that helps for a period of time, but then gets stuck again. Anyone suggestions on what could be wrong and how to fix?

I think I  managed to solve it in the end.

 

The problem seems to be that for whatever reason HC3 upon inclusion of the motion sensors does not set association to Group-1.  Therefore all you need to do is to set  this in device configuration, save, wakeup manually the device to make sure it gets the  new configuration and that's it. I've tried this on two of my devices and it does the trick immediately. 

 

Let me know if this works for you too.

 

What I also noticed is that the wake up time for the devices of the same time is set by HC3 inconsistently and they vary. Some of them end up it having set as 0 (!) by default. So you might want to check and fix that at the same time.

 

Overall very poor experience so far with HC3. Seems to be a step backwards compared to HC2. Not really happy with the switch so far. Was expecting much more.
