Question
SteMo_33 1
Hi, I have a problem with my alarm system and don't know how to solve it.
So far my alarm system gives an alarm if 1 motion sensor detects motion. But 1 sensor has the disadvantage that it detects a spider or a fly and the alarm system rings. Therefore I have the idea that at least 2 motion sensors has to detect motion at the same time before the alarm system rings. This is more safe and avoids false alarms. I have several motion detectors in operation and now i am wondering how to realise it, that the alarm system rings only if at least 2 of the sensors detects motion. Independant in which room they are. If e.g. one sensor in the kitchen and one in the living room detects motion at the same time the alarm shall occur.
Has some of you an idea how to implement this? It would really help my to have a silent night.
