Hc2 does not pair the nodon octan remote control, it writes this in an infinite loop:Requesting neighbours, please wait..

did you try unsecured and secured inclusion? and ofcourse adding it close to the controller

i don't own this device, so i can only check the manual, you can choose between 2 differant modes of inclusion

as far as i can see:

INCLUSION ON BEHALF OF THE GATEWAY 1 Push 3 times (quickly) on the I button. The LED blinks in blue 2 Place the device you want to add in “Learning” Mode, within 10 seconds. To do so, please refer to your device’s user guide. The LED blinks in green to confirm the inclusion

It worked with previous firmware (currently the latest 4,600). I also try homeassitant, it doesn't work with it either.

 

i also tried another fibaro HC2 (although it also has the latest firmware) and i also tried several nodon octane remote controls. It goes with older firmware.

then you can only contact support and ask them to add the remotes.
