Cannot access Fibaro 3 with iPhone app and cannot create scenes

I have just purchased a new Fibaro home centre 3 and cannot connect to it with the iPhone app. It says "Your Home centre is not fully configured yet"

Further, when I log in via a web browser, I cannot create scenes with the option being greyed out.

Essentially I cannot use this device at all

Can anyone shed light on this?

In my case, everything beyond alarms is greyed out and not accessible. Items 9 to 16 unavailable

Start your setup from top and walk it trough till bottom.

I had someting simular, one option was skipped.
