HC2 didn't respond anymore

Sjekke

Question

This morning my HC2 didn't respond anymore, so nothing happened with my scenes. After power-off/power-on everything works fine again.

Where can I find more info in a log what happened? This is the first time I experienced this.

If your HC2 is over the warranty period you can try to break into the Linux system.

You have two ways:

- enter into HC2 BIOS (connect USB keyboard and monitor to VGA or HDMI port and during booting enter to BIOS using F2 key) - then try to boot with another USB pendrive with Linux distribution and mount original Fibaro filesystem and just see the logs in /var/log

or:

- remove original Fibaro USB drive located on the HC2 main board (it is placed on USB port on the additional module and sticked with easy removable glue) and mount it in any Linux (than you can watch the content of: /var/log)

Remember that this will surely cancel your Fibaro warranty.
