Can't access my HC2 from the web and mobile app


Question

Hi!

 

1. My HC2 device appear offline on the web interface (id.cloud.fibaro.com) and can't access troght the Home Center app too.

In the local network is working normaly, but I no more have remote access from 1 months ago.

I don't have firewall installed.

2. No more new updates are available for the HC2? The last update was 4.600 for me.?

Somebody can help me?

Did you check,?

No double IP adress asigned to something else in your network?

your location and time settings.

DNS settings? Try set DNS on 8.8.8.8
