Hi All,
i installed my fibaro intercom via POE.
The video feed is excellent when connected to the web portal. IOS app is ok quality. door opens fine.
when we connect to the doorbell audio or someone rings the door bell the audio is very bad, cannot hear anything and the video stream crashes. then when we hang up the feed comes back ok
Has anyone had this problem? sounds like the product has serious faults in it. do i bother perusing or just change brand?
