FGDW-002 error codes?

Question

Hello, I have several FGDW-002 door/sensor connected to a Vera Edge. Today one of them became offline, I clicked on the wakeup button led click once and VERA said "online again", but the sensor didn't detect the window opened, so I tried to unpair it, not successful, I deleted it from the VERA and tried to factory reset the FGDW-002. The process seemed to go OK, the quick flashes came, the long one too, but the final 5 flashes from the led didn't come.

Since then nothing seems to work OK, if I change the battery with a new one, led flashes only once (not two as expected) and if I try to reproduce the factory reset, id doesn't work and if I try to pair again the led gives a series of long and short flashes that seem to be some kind of error code. Is there any way or any place to find what the meaning of those codes could be?

Regards
