Issues with new HC3L

Hello,

I've "migrated" from HCL to HC3L and I have some issues:
1.- This is the most important!! Each time that I restart the HC3L I lost the wifi config and the HC3L start with the Direct Wifi configuration
2.- I can't do an Association between Fibaro Motion Sensar and Double Switch:

3.- Support for Remotec ZXT120, in HCL is fully supported in HC3L only have this (I can't change any parameter):

4.- Where is the electric consumption information?
5.- Compatibility issues with Edge web broser (Device Parameters tab)

5.- Poor translation to Spanish, some sentences are in Polish

 

Any solution for points 1, 2, 3 and 4?

3, It is working fine at me. There can be a configuration / include problem. Try to reconfigure or exclude-include it.

4, There is no. You can see device by device in the settings devices and then advance tab.

Are you on latest beta? If not I would recommend that.

 

1 - how far it IS from Wi-Fi router/AP? What Channel Wi-Fi transmit? Are there aby other Wi-Fi networks nearby on thé samé channel?

 

2 - It should work. I'm doing assosiations every time. Can you post screenshot od set assosiations on motion sensor?

 

3 - Did not test, bit it should work. I would inxlude it without security And move directly to set parameter 27 -> soft reconfiguration -> tedy to control device.

 

4 - In beta in device config.

 

5 - I would try to clear cache and maybe play with resolution.

 

5? - Make a screenshots And send them to Figaro support. They can contact spanish distributor fór correcting thé translation.

3. Yes, I've tried exclude-include with same result. I think it is a configuration issue, I have to investigate. How many devices do you see in your environment?

Not sure, but I think 3 Temp, mode, and SetTemp but it can depend on the selected IR code.

Beta version: No. I have the 5.060.47

 

1.- Very close, less than 1 meter. I have another devices in the same network without problems. Once the wifi is configured it works fine until I reboot, then I have to reconfigure the wifi.

We czech have one saying: "Under the candle there is biggest darkness." I would go with more than 1 meter and then test it out.

I've moved the HC3L to another room and the same situation, red led.

OK, then please raise a ticket to Fibaro or Spain distributor.

Ah, you have ZW300 version. I think, if you include device you want to control via association without security then It should work. Otherwise use scene.

So, I exclude - include again the devices (motion sensor and double switch) without secure connection and I have the same issue, the association doesn't work.

 

With the change, from HCL to HC3L, I've lost funcionalities, for example:

- Less functionality in the devices (for example I can't apply an invidual delay when I arm a device) and I have the feeling that there are fewer parameters in the devices.

- I have a scene that I use to notify rainy days and it does not work

Please remember if you sent association action from motion that device must be added non secure too. If one of them will be added in another mode they will not understand self

Less, yes! for example an individual delay for arm/disarm (I can configure a global delay in the alarm section but not for one device):

HC3 now works more like standard security system, so you create all zones there and set entry/exit delay there. Go to Settings -> 8. Alarm and you can set security there.
