Send HTTP message to HC2

Can anyone please direct me to a resource or explain how to send a HTTP message to a HC2 and then the HC2 receive and respond to the message?

 

I have read up on creating virtual devices to send messages from the HC2 but how to create a VD that receives and responds to a message?

 

Thanks very much for any assistance.

You can use Fibaro REST API: 

Please login or register to see this link.



You can add some global variable in HC2 and change it with this REST API.

Then you can create a scene that is triggered with this global variable change so it (the scene) can than do whatever you want.
