Has anyone tried to contact Fibaro support recently with success?
I'm writing email to Fibaro support every day for 3 days already without any reply.
Did they stop supporting users already?

Very unhappy custommer!

    Seems like they are teleported from their work space to outer space. Scotty, what did you do with Fibaro team?!?! :-P

    I have published new version of COVID-19 Stats VD on Marketplace on 9. March. It is now 11 days after and is still in review, but obviously no one is reviewing. :-(

    That is why I just use GitHub. Some while ago I by accident posted a corrupt file in the download section. That one also got reviewed, so no-one is really reviewing. I only takes time, it apperently doesn’t add a thing.  It is frustrating if you spend a lot of time to build a fine QuickApp or quickly fixed a bug and then nothing happens in the review.

    this is why we asked our boss to create own platform, it takes simply too long to get things reviewed.

    Now the funny part, i created last week 3 new quick apps, and haven't found 15min time to add them to our own platform, so that's the real world situation (which is for Fibaro as well same case).

    we doing Fibaro support for germany, however there are things were we need assistance from Fibaro poland, and honestly there was no any delay in respond since mid of january. So they are alive and working.

    in urgent things, give them a call. 

     

    Btw, new email is additional support case, might be not good idea to flood, repond to their autorespond is same case - and if such case got already assigned to someone (base don your email address or specific issue), and that person is busy, not ready with your case, got killed, etc. - it might happen that you will wait longer for answer, becasue the case has been already assigned and nobody will pick it up again (unless you give them a call)

    it is a *abuse*.i.n.g disgrace that Fibaro ignores people like @Sankotronic who spend a lot of time building scripts, VD’s and helps out other users all in favour of Fibaro’s revenue. Fibaro, get your act together‼️

    Have the same. I've published new Netatmo Weather Station QA a week ago... Still in review. So - for people - it isn't available... It "dissapears" ;)

    Dear Fibaro users,

    I created a support request this weekend.

    Today around 09:15 I had a response back from support that on their site it was working.

    Okay not what I expected but their responce is very good!

    Lets try to solve my problem

    PS I dont know who is complaining so loud but I get a positve responce after sending my answer in 2 minutes back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    According their server logs my push message are send!

    Only little problem is I didt recieve.

    Re install app and check energy saving settings.

     

    Guys this is service EXCELLENCE!!!!!!

    Dear sir @A.Socha, what number are you referring to? I sent 3 times an email to [email protected] and I received no reaction = nothing, so I don't have any number, no case, nothing.

    Probably this is the reason why you have not received any reply until now. Every customer is to receive case notification number automatically when sending first email. What is the reason for that? No clue. Assume you have checked SPAM folder?
