Hello Support Team,

After the update to 4.6.10, the Danfoss LC 13 no longer receive any changes. Soft reconfiguration carried out.

I can see the changes in the API query for the heating schedule

The Danfoss modul art is  com.fibaro.setPoint Version 0.16

Looks like I have the same issue
When changing the temp on the device itself the change is accepted HOWEVER

When using manual mode in the heating panel, the changes are not sent to the LC13... they ARE sent (and received) to a Spirit thermostat (in the same room)

So do I. Although I  mentioned this much earlier at this forum, However Fibaro did remove my posting without contacting or motivation, something I do not appreciate! Shame on the administrators! Not using the standard temperature control tool as supplied by Fibaro, I'm quite out of control of the whole heating of a complete floor in my house (4 chambers) Quite happy it is not freezing now!
After over half as week and still not reply out of Poland how to overcome this issue.

Again Fibaro has let me down on technical grounds.

I noticed the same issue with Popp and Devolo. Soft reconfigure also carried out, I have not tried to remove and add to generate new ID.

So this has started before 4.610?

I deleted and added the zones again

Danfoss TC13 does react on heating panel, the Spirit thermostat does NOT

When deleting and adding the zones again suddenly all thermostats work using the heating panel.

Try to remove and as your zones again to fix this issue, at least in my case it worked.

For me, the auto heating schedule works normally. Only the manual mode and the holiday mode have no effect on the thermostats.

Did you try to delete the zone and re-adding it?

yes i did that with the result described above

I tested it and the Danfoss LC13 and the Spirit thermostat do take te changes now when setting the to manual mode, in my case
As I wrote before, I also had strange behavior like you described which was solved after moving devices around in rooms and recreating zones.

I cannot exactly replicate what I did, in what order.... sorry about that

Something seems to be wrong after the update to 4.610 for sure

I appear to have the same issue, all my TRVs are either LC13 or the POPP equivalent.  In addition, the zone thermostate, a Secure SRT321 is acting the same way. i.e. not accepting setpoints from the controller heating panel or schedule and manually putting in a temp in the device faceplate.   Each faceplate has the two temperature setpoints, the one read from the device and the one entered and they're just waiting, although I think the messages eventually get through, albeit after several hours, as I manually set the two zone thermostats back to 12C last night before  bed, and when I got this morning they're back at 19C.

I think this issue was here berfore 4.610 as one of my radiators was doing this prior to the ugprade at the weekend, and now they're all doing it.  Don't really want to go around every single radiator and delete/add/rename/reconfigure everything again.

The changelog of 4.610 clearly  states every thermostat has to be reconfigured, note this is a soft-reconfiguration

Only with some thermostats a new device is added but the rest keep the same ID#

First of all, and most importantly, thanks for pointing me in the correct direction.  Most of the LC13s have been soft reconfigured and now operating like they were.  Still waiting for the SRT321, they both needed additional retries to take the reconfig.  I would disagree about the use of the word clearly.  The changelog only mentions fixes and solutions for a small set of specific devices, none of which were any device that I own.  Also, if Fibaro are going to make breaking changes, then they really should be bumping up the major release number.

Bottom line, thanks again @Twannie, and Fibaro I'm nearly ready to throw out of the window... if only the blinds worked ;-)

Ohh Yes there is! I was looking for a HC3 as after 5 years I do think the HC2 is at its end of life. But due to the lack of transparency and no communication of the Polish guys, I guess I'll try something else soon. (All 4 POPP valves say:  "E5" (not receiving the expected replies form the control system, check if the CC can handle the right protocol) It is over 4 years in operation now!)
Trying to get something else is the way to keep my partner at ease. It's awfully cold and we do need the heating. But now it does nothing!

I can imagine you are frustrated

I have a big system so not only heating... actually that is the least important for me

When I look at the hardware specs and speed of the HC3, I think the HC2 is still quite a good solution and there is only one competitor (Dutch system) which really is capable of controlling a real smart home. Or are there systems which would be tetter to build a smart home?

Nope, My system is not only containing heating but a lot more. Heating was only the start after installing underfloor heating at the ground floor, I needed a solution to heat up the offices, bathroom and sleeping rooms. Nowadays we are 24/7 working form home, snow is falling down right now and offices are cold! Not good for the mood of all here.

I'm looking at the Dutch system as well, not convinced yet it can handle all controls I have.

I read it was slower then a HC2 and not very stable
