Wallplug F v3.2

IvoL

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am trying to set up my wall plug via Apple Homekit. After some troubles I managed to create a Home in both Homekit and the Fibaro Homekit app (the latter had the data from homekit of course).

But I can't add the wallplug. It now has a white light constantly on. According to the manual, the plug gives a flashing yellow light telling it is configurable, but I got none.

I am on the 2.4 Wifi and my password is sized 15 characters containing 13 letters and 2 numbers.

Any one any idea what to do from this point to get it working?

Am I overlooking something?

Is it possible the plug does not logging itself in into my network, but another one?

Thanks,

Ivo

  • It seems de plug works, I see the colors changing when I put it in a wallsocket in which I have plugged multiple devices through a power strip.

Now the connection with homekit :)

  • Hmmm.... I think I've bought the wrong one.

After some search, I find that the one with the articlenumber I have (FGWPF-102 ZW5 v3.2) likely isn't compatible with Apple's Homekit.

I need to save for a HC :)

    Thanks.

Can I close this topic myself?
