No Remote Access

Hello,

 

Since I have updated the HC2 to the latest firmware I have not been able to access through the new app and the home.fibaro.com website shows it as offline. I have whitelisted the HC2 from my pihole and the unifi threat management. Until the last firmware the HC2 was working without a problem until I updated to 4.610 where the home centre stopped being discovered by home.fibaro.com even though the HC2 has internet access and can be access on the internal network.

Fibaro support told me they know the problem and they are working to solve it, i hope soon.

Updated to 4.6.20 

Didn't help for me (HC2, HCL)

Hello Guys,

 

I have an HCL with software version 4.6 and it seems that I cannot access my fibaro remotely and when I log in home.fibaro.com, I can see that the HCL is marked as 'offline' - as if it can't be reached.  Thoguh my hcl is connected to the network and can access it locally.  Do you know what might be the issue pls?

 

My friend has an HC2 and has the same problem!

I have 2 HCL with firmware 4.620 and both are suffering remote access problems. All leds (3) are lit normal but only LAN-connection works. Rebooting only helps and the remote access works again for day or two. This is not acceptable FIBARO. My summer cottage is located 1000km away!!!
