Hi ,
for the past month or so i have been having problems adding or removing devices.
In the add device or remove device window whenever i click on add or delete button nothing happens
i dont get a pop up window and couldnt add/remove anything.
I send a request to fibaro and they emailed me back saying it was an easy fix if i gave them remote access
I gave them remote access and they then emailed me and said it was fixed.
IT ISNT, not only can i still not add or remove a device but now i have no control over anything ( tried 3 different devices )
Every single device is showing communication error
I have restarted the hc2 and also tried to reconfig a device but nothing
Does anyone have an idea of what they may have done and how i can repair it
