If you want to stop a scene that is already running, you can use this LUA command (replace the 49 with your own scene ID)

fibaro:killScenes(49)

Couple of other useful commands include:

To start a specific scene

fibaro:startScene(50)

To only run one instance of a scene:

if (fibaro:countScenes(50) >= 1)
  then
    fibaro:abort()
  end

The caveat is that LUA can only be used in HC2 and HC3.  I think you can use LUA in a virtual device / Quick app for Home Centre lite, but not sure how you program this in (I have HC2).
