Bug with checking if valve needs heating (also in firmware 4.620)

This used to work, but isn't with latest firmware unfortunately.

I have used

tonumber(fibaro:getValue(heatsetids[i], "heatRequired")) == 1

to check if a valve needs heating.... but even when a valve needs heating it returns 0 with firmware 4.620

Did you try to change the configuration? I searched for a long time why it didn't work and this helped.

Enabling reports when the heating medium is required

  1. Log in to your Home Center.
  2. Go to  > Devices.
  3. For every Heat Controller you want to use:
    1. Click the > icon next to the Heat Controller icon to open its settings.
    2. Make sure the device is version 4.7 or newer. If the device has a lower version,

      Please login or register to see this link.

      , then perform the soft reconfiguration.
    3. Go to Parameters tab.
    4. In the Configuration section tick the heating medium demand reports option in parameter 2.
