Change owner

Hello I have an HC3 and I would like to pass the admin account and the owner account to a user.
I managed to transfer the admin to the user (settings> access> choose a user> bt transfer user function.
The problem is to transfer ownership to owner.

 - you'll see "HOME CENTER LIST". Then delete the device from that list.

 

Do a factory reset of the HC3. It is explained here:

The device will behave as if it was new from factory.

A related question regarding transfering HC2 to a new owner:

If I would transfer the whole installation (including devices, scenes, vd's) to a new owner, do all cloud and local backups remain accessable?

As net has asked, is it possible to transfer ownership withou reseting the HC?
