FGS-213 with one pushbutton on S2

Question

Posted

Hello, i would like to use the S2 input on a single switch (FGS-213) to trigger a scene with a push button.

Is there a way to configure this device with a toggle switch on S1 and a momentary switch on S2?

thank you.

I don't see why not. That should be the normal way to operate it. Just make sure the relevant scene activation parameter is enabled (28,29)

No. Switch settings is only in parameter 20 and you select type of switch for both inputs.

You need FGS-214 to achieve what you want.

one might try this

- set it as momentary switch

- enable local protection (so relais will not get turned on by the switch itself)

- enable hold, release and click

create scene which reads:

- S1 hold / release to turn on / off that switch / relais itself

- S2 1x click to run scene
