LUA code for cumulative time controlling a switch

I would like a LUA scene to be able to control my little son's time on the TV every day

I agreed with him that he whatches TV for only 2,5 hours a day (every day) ,but he always forget about time and it is all day in front of TV

Who can help me with the code to switch OFF relay after cumulative 2,5 hours/day(counter resets every 24 hours) -he can watch in intervals,not all at once.. This can be also be monitored with power consumption reported by Fibaro switch (above 22 W means TV is ON)
