Suddenly almost all device "transfer failed" or "Coomunication problem"

wstronks

Question

After adding a device or the upgrade to 4.620 almost all devices respond with a "transfer failed" or show "Communication problem".

I have already restored 2 previous backups, downgraded to version 4.600, but the behavior remains.

Mesh network reconfig also fails and does not solve the problem.

I do have active IP devices such as camera's

Seems like there is no ZWAVE communication anymore.

Any suggestion what could be the cause?

regards,

Wilko

Try to add or remove some device.

If it works, means the Z-wave is OK.

If not I suggest to submit a ticket to support. Sometime the Z-wave data corrupted during the upgrade and only support could restore it.

Happened twice in my case..
