Google Home cant reach Fibaro Home

Question

Posted (edited)

Hello.

Today i just lost the link between Google Home and Fibaro. Out of nowhere. I did nothing, it just happened randomly.

When i tried to unlink and reconnect my phone says, Couldnt reach Fibaro Home.

Tried it several way. Reinstalling apps, unlinking, relinking nothing..

It was working fine so far. Google home can't be the problem, becuase other services are linked there and working.

Fibaro app itself is also working, just can't link with Google Home.

Any help please?

Anyone found any answers for this?  I have wall mounted tablets and want to connect Google Home to my HC3.  I get an error "Could not reach fibaro smart home.  Please try again".

I've deleted the Home, reinstalled, checked privacy settings, made the accounts as admin...   nothing works

Hello guys how are you?
A client installer had that problem and we solved it by changing the DNS of the home center.

I hope it works for you.

Bye.
