a scene for alerting an unplugged light

Help with the scene. I want to receive a notification if I forgot to turn off the light in the room. I set that if after 20:00 more than 1000 lux and more than 900 seconds to receive a notification. But I get a notification that there are too many scenes, but I did it alone. What is the problem?

only tick trigger box on  "exact time" box and remove other triggers
