dear Fibaro,

 

I have purchased Intercome last summer, and since that, I always had some issues with it. 
when I was talking around I have found that your Intercom product has many issues which have not been solved for years. If I would have been doing my homework better and research it  I would never buy Fibaro Intercom - this is not worth this money! 

a few weeks back I have called your technical support and they explained that a new app (iOS) should solve many problems and it is on the way. 
Please confirm that this is a case and when the app will be available. 

For now, I would not recommend to anybody to buy this product, very problematic, not working reliable (as it should as a gate intercom), integration with HC is a joke.

Absolutely too little too late. App and device not been reliable since launch. 

 

Visitors would press intercom and I would never know! Reported numerous times and never fixed. Useless!
 

I had to remove device completely and get a DoorBird! 


Feel ripped off!

here i have also a intercom question, which is without any answers - should i contact the support?

....or should i wait for the update?
