scenes no longer triggered automatically

Since about one and a half week none of my scenes are running automatically, whereas before they worked perfectly. As an example my outside lights switched on at sunset, off at sunrise, and this for a long time. One way or another this very simple scene is no longer triggered automatically. For the last few days i have been restarting my HC2 in the hope it will make the instances run, yet no luck. Nothing was changed, no additions to the network, so you can imagine i am somewhat clueless. Running software version 4.620

how do you automatically trigger the scenes? is there some sort of generic trigger (scene)?
