Cannot remove ZWave devices in v4.620

Question

Posted (edited)

Hi,

I have an HC2 4.620 with a bunch of ZWave devices connected.

I cannot remove ZWave devices from the Add/Remove device screen. When I click on the Delete button, the viewport of the browser moves up to the top of the add/remove page but nothing else happens.

Happening both in MS Edge/Chrome and Firefox, I have cleared cookies etc. Also happens when I click Add.

Had the same experience today on my desktop Windows pc / Firefox. Then I tried the same with my iPad and saw the message "Try learning mode". So I put the Nodon Wall switch in pairing mode after starting the network delete procedure. That worked. Then I could add it again to the network with default settings.

I only managed to do it using the iOS app -- there the add/remove device feature worked perfectly.

    HI,

I finally solved it switching HC2 off and on again, "like Windows"? and after that I can add/remove again.

    Thanks.
