Can't (soft)reconfigure/include Aeotec TriSensor

HI, I have three TriSensors from Aeotec.

They've been included in HC3 about 1,5 year ago. Few days ago, one of them stopped responding because I unplugged Fibaro Wall Plug which was near TriSensor and probably it lost connection with the HC3.

Tried soft reconfiguration, full reconfiguration, hard reset of TriSensor, inclusion, but no luck.

Most often it fails and endup as "device not configured":

Sometimes it looks like been added successfully but there is two light sensors instead of motion sensor:

I thought 🤨 maybe one of sensors is broken...

But... I soft reconfigured another one (which was working properly), and... now I have two sensors which I cannot reinclude... 😔

EDIT: HC3 version 5.080.20, old Z-Wave engine, inclusion in normal mode (not secure)

EDIT2: similar issue, other device:
