My Hc 3 is getting slower and slower 

how can i down grade to a more stable version or should i migrate to Homey ??

Check in recoverymode wich version the other system has (A or B)

Or wait for next fw version

Download the firmware patch, start recovery mode, repair from file and upload the patch file

alternative, turn on remote support > contact support to downgrade your system

On another forum i see people migrate from Homey to Homecenter :)

Anyway, it will probably bring different problems..

Go to backups section, select backup from desired version and click "restore with version".
This will result in loosing all the changes in the system since then.

Alternative - wait a week or so for next version which aims for performance and stability.

does this actually work??

I tried this but the firmware on the hc3 did not change

yep, it works ;)
At least last time I have checked.

There was a problem with this in Gateway connection configuration - I will check it out if this is fixed already. 

EDIT:

Yep, fixed in 5.081 for GC configuration.

well, it didn't work for me then with master slave connection

but I have bought a homey it has ziggbee and is more stable
