Verification code not sent

Question

I'm trying to set up a new HCL. Usually, you can update the user account by filling out an email address and a password and after that, enter the verification code. However, I don't receive a verification code. I checked my spam folder, tried multiple email addresses, even tried 2 HCL's in 2 different homes, but no verification codes. I have several HCL's and never experienced this problem. Any ideas what else I can try?

Hi try again, we got small problems with emails this morning, it is fixed right now
