RU market is important for us, Russia is in top 20 markets. Ukraine's market is smaller but if you say that you will made translation I don't see a problem to add this language too

All HA communities are important to us, we do not segregate and favor anyone.

As for the first post here from @10der , 
It is really simple - we cooperate with many different distributors from different countries.
If one of them want to help and translate the interface we just doing it together - is that wrong?

If there will be a person from Ukraine who would like to prepare translations with us, we will be happy to do so.
