Did you solve it ? i have same issue after firmware upgrade

    sorry, no. 

    it was test OLD FIBARO PLUG.

    I haven't any new ZWave devices anymore. only ZigBee.

    I have created a Fibaro supportcase  - and i can see in my firewall log that they are working to fix it right now

    Fibaro wallplug same error device still in only to remove by Swagger

    In most cases this error is the result of secondary controller added to network which is not reachable at the moment.

    Limitations of Zwave protocol.

    Yes - that was my issue. Solved by Fibaro support
