Qubino 3 phase smart meter

Hello,

I am trying to configure the Qubino 3 phase smart meter into my HCL 4.620.

After inclusion I see:

1 main device with

2x kWh

2x kVAh

5x cos PHI while 3 of them have a "0,00W" display at the bottom

Until now here is no load on the other side.

None of these devices has any parameters to control e.g. the included switch or the possibility to send notification in case of a status change.

Any ideas on this?

And PS: It takes more than 1h until the HCL notes that the unplugged Smartmeter is dead. This should not be the way it works, doesn´t it?

hmm, I removed, resetted and reincluded the smart meter two times - always the same.

But even worse:

The device is unplugged for more than 10 hours now - but is still "active" in the HCL GUI (I do not use the app app, but the Web-interface).

WTF?
