Critical Alert for IOS - Push Notification

Question

Posted (edited)

I'm trying to receive a critical alert on IOS (Iphone 12) while in silent mode. So at night I would still receive a notification of an alarm breach.

Currently the push notification works when not in silent mode. In silent mode I get nothing. IOS critical alert function for Yubii is enabled.

This is the action I use (LUA code):

fibaro.alert('simplePush', {[1] = 27, }, 'Schuifdeur Open', true)

I updated my HC3L to the latest firmware: 5.080

Any ideas?

Critical push use is limited to sent only specific use case of use. It is Apple policy so when there is flood our system will sent critical push but with other state you must use normal push

So is there no way to configure HC3 to send critical alerts on alarm breached, other than flood?

this doesn't work in a QuickApp, it only works in a lua scene.

Or how to solve this?

Any way of getting the updated docs on alert() function? The autocomplete shows an alert function with only 3 input params, but I've seen usage of a 6 params function... what are the other 3 input params for?
