Communication Problem

Hi All,

 

I have had my 6 FT-001s for for some time now and suddenly, first one of them, now 2 of them from the same room continue losing connection to HCL. I have to wake them up by turning the knobs, or something, but they continue to say Communication Problem. 

 

This causes issues with my schedule.

 

I have reset them, recalibrated, to no avail

 

Anby ideas on whether this could be a problem with interference? I have a Logitech Harmony Hub in the same room and a router, that I have already tried switching of, with no change in the thermostats' behaviour.

    I also have other devices in the room, wall plugs, and they do not experience the issues, though, they are closer to the HCL, but also should work as range extenders, right?

    Exactly, FGTs turns of the radio when battery is critical, what is the battery level?
