Notification when it starts to rain!!!

Hi, I share my project in case anyone needs it :)

I needed to get a notification when it started to rain.

 

So i bought a sensor on aliexpress and with a connection to a smart implant (also works with door sensor) i can receive notification when it starts to rain :)

Congratulations with this project. I love these kind of projects. A great example how use make good use of, in this case, a smart implant and rain sensor. ?

 

Which variant of the rain sensor do you use, the heated 0-10V ?

    In the beginning I used a door sensor (See photo)


    It worked, but something was missing!!! :)

     

    So I made it from aliexpress Rain Sensor, there is a 0-10v but I chose to buy the Relay with heating. And I made this connection (see photo)

     

    Now it's just starting to rain I get a notification and when it stops I get it too.

    i guess it's a pulse output? test with a multimeter.
