Philio relay shows in HCL and can be turned on/off but no configuration parameters show..

Question

I've replaced a couple of Fibaro dimmers with a relay made by Philio. It's wired in and added to the HCL OK but I have momentary switches and by default it's set up to work with a toggle switch so it basically means that the lights are only on while the momentary switch is pushed in..

There is a configuration for this, the manual says:

"ZWave configuration, configuration parameter 2, function 1=edge/2=pulse/3=edgetoggle, size 1 byte, value 1-3, default 1"

It is this config parameter that I need to change from 1 to 2 so that a momentary switch toggles the relay between on and off, but when I go into HCL config for the slave/master for the device, I see nothing:

Can anyone advise how I can set this parameter? Thanks

There is a checkbox "use template for parameter" in the interface, disable it and then you will be able to put parameters values manually.
