Question

I set parameter two to 70%. At this level, my bulbs are consuming about 250 watt. When somebody manually increases the actual dimmer value (app/physical dimmer) to anything higher than 70% or double clicks the dimmer to set it to 99%, the lights shut down to to overload. I understand that part.
is there a way / parameter that sets an absolute max value? So for the user 0% scales to the set minimum and 99% scales to 70%?
