Serious problem detected and QA devices missing

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

This morning, when I logged onto to my HC3, There was message "Serious problem detected. System was restarted". Not very informative.

I tried to reboot from the web interface (also because of the problem described below), but nothing happened, no reboot. Clicking reboot again did nothing.

So I rebooted manually with the power button.

One of the consequences after the automatic reboot caused by this "Serious problem" is the disappearance of ALL the devices from the Netatmo QA (from the marketplace).

That is extremely annoying, because I have several scenes that trigger on Netatmo values (e.g. RGB lamps that indicate the CO2 values).

The weird thing is, in the Console window, the periodic Trace and Debug message from that QA indicate that the QA is still working "behind the scenes".

But I can no longer see the devices in the list, so no values, nothing. Also, this means that I can no longer access (or remove) the QA.

The manual reboot did not bring the devices back.

UPDATE: a few minutes after the manual reboot, the QA devices did show up again. Pfffew...one "serious problem" less.
