Question
Jay Ess 6
I have two thermostats which control my boiler, i would like to make a small scene which monitors the amount of time that the boiler is on per day.
can anyone give me some idea on how you would keep this data?
at the moment i have the thermostat on a scene trigger which tells me if they are in heat mode or on idle. which tells me if the boiler is on or off.
I was thinking of maybe storing it in a table and at the end of each day to sum up the time the boiler was on and store that as its own table. or maybe better would be to write it to mysql database? any ideas would be welcome.
