Alexa problem

Question

Hi everybody,

 

Somebody have problem with Alexa? Since the AWS problem yesterday, the Alexa has not been able to find the Fibaro devices. I tried to delete and readd the skills and devices, but nothing.

I know that one user got similar problem like you, we got logs that Alexa discover 40 devices, but user don't see them in interface. If it turns out to be the same issue, you will need to contact Amazon support. We have already noticed issues with them recently, because they send communications from European users to the US. Which results in slower performance or temporary problems with commands

    Thanks your answer. My problem was solved. I had to reinstall my Alexa devices and reboot my HC3.

    Everything working fine now again.
