Seriuos problem with Fibaro radiator head - FIBARO technician is needed

Neo Andersson

Question

Hi

I have tried in several other ways to contact any technicians or get some info.

In general:

There is no possibility in Fibaro HC3 to set a temperature of any radiator thermostat in YUBII or in PC interface.

Whatever you do, the thermostat goes back to previous value, after the time has elapsed..

It is the same with Fibaro and with Danfoss radiator heads, so i assume that is a Fibaro software issue.

This is a very serious problem, as it is winter now..

It doesn't matter if I deactivate the climate plan.. it is the same..

The only way I can change permanently any setpoint is, when I change it in the plan.

This means that any type of radiator thermostat is literally unusable for controlling heat, unless you want to change it manually after every 24hour..

I need some Fibaro trechnicians to respond...

Thanks

This is not only the problem with radiators the heltun thermostat also does this. It's a fibaro heating panel problem. The thermostats don't even follow the heating plan.
