Energy Panel - Consumption/Production

Since I got no replies on my original thread (and these are Energy Panel related questions) I'll post it here:

 

I've started measuring my 3-phase home energy 4/5 months ago with Aeotec HEM3 Gen5. I've 3 clamps for each phase... My main consumption device during the day is my Swimming Pool along with PH dosing and Chlorine production machines, around 900W of instant power consumption. I used to have something  this:
Phase1: 30W
Phase2: 900W
Phase3: 50W
Total Consumption: 980W

Last week I installed 4 Solar Panels and the production energy started to be injected on Phase 2. I know have the difference between the my consumption and production on Phase2 readings. For instance... If the panel is producing 700W the readings display:
Phase1: 30W
Phase2: 200W
Phase3: 50
Total Consumption: 280W

When I shutdown the swimming pool pump and all other machines I start to have negative readings:
Phase1: 30W
Phase2. -700W
Phase3: 50W
Total Consumption: -620W

My intention is to install a 1 clamp meter right on the Phase that receives the energy provided by the solar panels and set the device on HC3 as a Production. Now come my doubts...

 

Q1: This device will also register and display negative readings, am I right?

 

Q2: Will this Production energy be taken in account as energy consumed by my house in the Fibaro Energy Panel? I am asking this because since I installed the Solar Panels, my HEM3 Gen5 started to display only the Grid consumption and not my Total consumption (Grid+Solar).

 

Q3: Should the Consumption  on the Energy Panel be the Total Consumption (Grid+Solar)? And in this case should I create a sort of Virtual Device (through QA) that adds the abs(production readings) from by 1 clamp meter with the total consumption readings from my 3 clamps to get the Balance value calculated correctly?

Energy panel does not use Watts to calculate energy consumption or production.
Energy panel uses kWh reported by the device (deltas between reports to be more precise).

I does not matter what you have reported in Watts (in com.fibaro.powerMeter devices or actors with interface "power"), panel will only use kWh reported in com.fibaro.energyMeter devices (and actors with interface "energy").

Additionally, it only uses positive deltas for calculations - so you need to connect devices in the way that reported  values will be positive (or make a quickapp to ABS those values).
Devices measuring produced energy should have rateType set to production (consuming devices rateType set to consumption).

EnergyMeter not reporting in Yubii App dashboard

 

Dear readers, I need help. I have an energy manager from Solarwatt and I read the consumption in a QA (type Energy meter) (see screenshot).

The measured values I write to the properties as mentioned in the QA instruction

The values are correctly shown in the faceplate of the QA

 

I have declared in General-->Main panel of the interface with the HC3 under main energy meters the energy meter as the home meter (see screenshot)

 

Current software : 5.090.17

The problem is that the value is not showing in the Yubii iPhone app (v1.13.1) nor in the iPad app (v 1.13.1) on the home screen summary. It seems that only the Z-wave equipment with energy measurement are reported

 

Is there someone knows what I am doing wrong?

SInce I posted the above, I found that I should not read the energy consumption from the Solarwatt EM in an Energy Meter App but in a Power sensor. In that case the consumption is taken into account in the Yubii App on the home screen favourites (overall icons). 

 

Now for me the issue has shifted to the production of my solar panels. But unlike an LUA QA energy meter, there is no option on a LUA QA power sensor to set it to production instead of consumption. I could write it as negative, but I am not sure this is the way to go in order to have the Energy Panel of Fibaro in correct registration.

 

Any one has ideas?
